Repair PlasmidTools file-type associations

CAUTION !  The Windows registry contains vital information used by Windows OS and applications. Do not edit the Windows registry manually if you're not an expert. To be on the safe side, use the automated solution described below.

1. Uninstall PlasmidTools.
2. Download the script to remove PlasmidTools file-type definitions from here: Remove_PlasmidTools_extensions.zip
   This is a Zip file. Save it and unzip the file. The unzipped file has the same name, but with a ".REG" extension.
3. Double-click the "Remove_PlasmidTools_extensions.REG" file to run it and confirm with Yes on the two security prompts. The script removes the ".ptools", ".ptalign" and ".seqdb" subkeys from two places in the registry:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts
   
4. Install PlasmidTools Wpf.
